Although AbundantBlogger.com isn’t directly a fitness site, it is a wellness site. I am concerned with common issues that affect your relationships or yourselves directly, which includes fitness.
Our mental condition is what determines the success in our lives, and it can often be improved by improving our physical state. Our diet is equally important as an imbalance in our diet can directly affect our mood as well. It is essential to maintain good balance between our diets, minds, and bodies so we can line ourselves up for success.

These are some other great methods for weight loss and good overall health. Just be sure you have good knees for any impact exercises. If in doubt, ask your doctor first!
If you are a beginner, it is better to start with walking. I have personally had some pretty intense workouts while walking, especially on hills.
Of course there is great debate between walking vs running for weight loss. Whichever you choose, educate yourself first and take the necessary precautions; warm up and stretch.
